In one week since April 4, 2011
I already lost 1 inch from my waist!

It’s still too early to tell any other discernible visual difference. However, my energy is climbing and I’m over most of the stiffness and soreness of the new routines. Best of all, mentally I’m thinking I can do ANYTHING!
Remember, you can lose another 2 or more inches IMMEDIATELY simply by ‘engaging your core’ – in other words, pull in your gut! Be aware of your tummy throughout the day. Keep it tight; watch your posture!
