Insanity Workout Schedule – Day 40 – Max Interval Circuit

I can’t believe I made it all the way to Insanity Workout Schedule – Day 40 – Max Interval Circuit. The big question is, will I make it PAST this point?

As I mentioned in a previous video, we’re at a point where your will to go on is SEVERELY tested.  For myself, it’s very tempting to stop right here.  After all, when I look in the mirror, I’m already VERY SATISFIED with my results.

Even my gorgeous wife Maggie is impressed.  She has been asking me nearly every day if I’m going to continue, hinting that I look good enough for her.  (Personally, I think she’s just testing me, because she knows damned well how ‘Follow-Through’ challenged I am!)

I’ll show her!  :)

Seriously though, when they said that the bar will be raised during the last four weeks of Insanity, THEY WEREN’T KIDDING!  I swear, I’ve never sweat so much in my entire life… and I wasn’t able to keep up.  I’ve got a LOT of work to do over the next three weeks just to have a decent go at this routine.  It’s GRUELING.

One note of consolation – most of the participants in the video are also flat out on the floor at the end of this workout, so I don’t feel so bad!  :)
