Insanity Workout Schedule – Day 63 – Fit Test 5

And finally, here it is: Insanity Workout Schedule – Day 63 – Fit Test 5. I actually followed through and finished something. And because it was something as mentally hard and physically challenging as the Insanity Workout makes it especially sweet.

My ‘Before and After’ pictures start off the video.  I’m pretty proud of my results and you’ll see why.

As always, I recorded the FULL Fit Test in its entirety from Sean T’s intro, to the warm-up and stretch, the 8 test exercises, the final cool-down, plus a special final wrap up with my two favorite girls!

I’ve got lots to brag about the Fit Test itself, too… but you’re gonna have to watch and see how many personal bests I got today.

In addition, I explain what’s next after Insanity.  So be sure to watch as well as sign up for the reports as I’ll be adding more to this blog from time to time.  You don’t want to miss a thing.

Let me know what you think of these videos, particularly if you found them helpful in making your decision to try Insanity and if they helped motivate you to keep “Digging Deeper”!

I was just wondering if you reached your personal goal of 135 lbs?

      Laynie,

While I saw the inches melting off, the weight did not go down. If you’ve read some of my posts, you’ll know that I wasn’t very diligent on the diet recommendations. I found I was absolutely RAVENOUS all the time with that level of strenuous exercise. I’m sure being able to control my hunger would have had some extra impact.

Having said that, because I feel stronger and more energetic (after getting over the muscle pain and joint stiffness of course) and I really like the way I look, getting down to 135 isn’t even a goal for me anymore. As you probably know, muscle is heavier than fat, and these exercises certainly whip your muscles into firm shape. I keep score more with the measuring tape rather than the scale. The ultimate bottom line for me is how I think I look and how I feel!

Wishing you all the best from Toronto,
      Russ
